About Me

HONEY BEAR CATS - VERY RARE!!
I have had animals all of my life. When I was a young mother I started working with a pet rescue group. At the time, I had a huge fenced in yard with a few kennels. During the 8 years I worked with that group, I fostered and rehabilitated over 150 dogs and puppies. They all went to successful, loving homes. In about 1990 I purchased my first HoneyBear kitten. I was hooked!!! They are different from any other type of cat and by far the most wonderful of all. A few years later I started breeding them. I started with 2 females and 1 male and then we grew!!! I do not breed continuosly and I do not breed to make money. I breed because I love the breed and want to make them available to as many deserving people as I can. No, they are not free, but the price only covers the cost of keeping and raising the cats and kittens. To date I have 6 females that I breed one time a year. We almost always have kittens available and we also have older kittens and adult cats that are availble for adoption.
